Channel Fourís Fabulous Baker Brothers Tom and Henry Herbert will share their passion and dedication to good food at the NEC, Birmingham, in March when they host two masterclasses at the Food & Drink Expo and Foodex 2014 exhibitions. The TV chef duo, who both work at the family business Hobbs House Bakery, will host the first session at 10.45am on Monday 24th March at Food and Drink Expo to offer insight and share guidance on building a successful brand, with advice aimed at retailers. The second session, which will take place at 12.15pm at the Foodex event, will take a closer look at the ingredients used and how they use them. Prominent critic, journalist and broadcaster, Nigel Barden will be on hand to oversee both sessions as compere.
With five generations of baking tradition behind them, Tom, the master baker, and Henry, the popular chef who runs a butcherís shop in the Cotswolds, are an exciting addition to an already extensive seminar programme.

The brothers are both respected experts in their chosen fields. Tom is a fifth generation baker who won Young Baker of the Year fresh out of baking college. He appeared in a documentary for BBC4 called In Search of the Perfect Loaf. Henry, a graduate from Westminster Catering College is also a fully qualified butcher and spent a number of years as Head Chef for Clerkenwellís award-wining pub, The Coach and Horses. After a brief hiatus, Henry has now turned his attention to charcuterie and fronts the butcherís shop that forms part of the family-business, the Hobbs House Bakery.
The brothers are both stars of the Channel 4 hit show, The Fabulous Baker Brothers, which aired its second season in 2013 and more recently have released their second cookery book titled ëThe Fabulous Baker Brothers: Glorious British Grubí.
