Of course - capture dust at source!

Source extraction is the capture of pollutants as close to the point of
generation as possible, for example, a suction casing on a grinder. Removing unwanted material at source before it affects your production efficiency or causes health problems is exactly the right thing to do.

With a Dustcontrol solution, you can extract dust, chips, oil spills and other unhealthy substances at the source and transport them to where you want.

Equipping all tools with suction casings and connecting them to efficient dust extractors can reduce dust concentrations - considerably.

Dustcontrol has a wide range of suction casings and rubber boots to make sure dust is captured before it is released into the air.

Furthermore vacuuming with a highly
efficient dust extractor, equipped with HEPA H13 filters with a filtration of
particles 0.15-0.3 µm to 99.95%, will improve the cleaning operation. If you
sweep the dust, it will whirl up once more. Consider the fact that it is exactly this airborne respirable dust that is hazardous to your health.

Dustcontrol’s dust extractor the DC 2800c is designed for source extraction
and vacuum cleaning in tough environments. The filter cleaning of the unit is done with a reverse pulse, which gives the filter a long action life.

To get rid of large quantities of material when working with, e.g. concrete grinding, the DC 3800 Twin is the perfect solution. The machine is equipped with two cyclones, one of which is used as a pre-separator to take care of 80-90% of the coarse material, after that the other takes care of the remaining finest dust up to 99.95%.
