Saturn Spraying Systems Ltd, are internationally renowned for applying liquid coatings, using their patented Spinning Disc technology, for the Bakery, Biscuit, Confectionery, Meat & Fish, and Fruit & Vegetable, processing industries. Machines are used for applying coatings, such as Egg Glazes or Egg Wash to pastry products, Barrier Coatings and Flavourings to biscuits & wafers, Oil to ethnic breads and bread-crumb coated, poultry & fish products, Marinades to poultry products, and also Sterilants onto fruit and vegetables, including berry fruits & salad leaves.
On display, in Hall 20, Stand L328, will be working examples from their range of machines, including their proven DiscMasterTM machine and a Sprinkler unit, with an additional option to facilitate the application of granular coatings, such as seeds, nuts and sugars, in defined lanes, as well as full width coverage.
Many major UK food processors of pastry products, specify Saturn glazers as part of their production lines, using chilled, ambient, or heated glazes. In addition, major European suppliers of pastry processing lines, include Saturn glazers, as part of their own lines.
Despite the worldwide economic gloom, Saturn Spraying Systems Limited has continued in their international sales success, including a very recent sale into the Japanese confectionery market.
