KDH Projects acquire SBH Design and Installation

In late 2011, KDH acquired SBH Design and Installation, a specialist refrigeration company based in London which KDH had worked with on many occasions.

SBH became a division of the KDH group in December 2011. The KDH London office and SBH office merged and relocated in Potters Bar, North London, and is currently undergoing refurbishment. SBH will continue to run under their name alongside the KDH staff throughout the country.

Having a stronger presence in London alters a number of job roles within the company. Dale Burley has now taken on full responsibility for the operational side of the Donington office and Kevin Haynes will be located primarily in London.

HR, Marketing and Accounts offices will not be duplicated, the managers of these departments will be responsible for their role at KDH and SBH. The majority of the work will be carried out from the head office in Donington with staff occasionally visiting Potters Bar.

Points of contact within the company will remain the same, each project has its own Project Manager who is the main contact for the job. Enquiries can be made through the London or Lincolnshire offices and will be dealt with accordingly.
